Yes, it’s taken us that long to create the Jet Set Body program, because we wanted to test everything ourselves first. Ya know, make all the mistakes for you and just give you the 80/20 on how to shed body fat, get fit and stay that way!

Why did we create Jet Set Body?
Jet Set Body was created as another division of Jet Set Life. We believe in sharing the things your passion about. With Jet Set Life, we’ve already shared our love of travel and having a location independent income, but now- it’s all about our body! No, not in a narcissistic- oh, look at my abs- kinda way. Yes, abs are awesome, and when we stroll the beach in South America it feels great to have them, but it’s more than that! It’s about reducing your risk of disease, staying strong and yes, getting shredded in a safe, natural and healthy way. Jet Set Body is about re-shaping more than just your body, it’s about re-shaping your lifestyle.
What makes Jet Set Body different than any other 90 day weight loss plan?
Jet Set Body is designed to take you from fat to fit in 90 days. Sounds about the same as any other program right? But here is where Jet Set Body is different. We care about getting you to your goal, but we also care about day 91, 92, 93…101…110…you get the point. Jet Set body comes with a Nutrition Maintenance Plan that will keep those abs uncovered and your jeans fitting. We also offer inexpensive additional workout plans that you can download each month so you continue the muscle confusion!
What is the Jet Set Body workout plan like? Can I do it at home?
Jet Set Body is absolutely a gym based program. In theory, a home based workout sounds amazing, but the reality is, there are just too many distractions at home to consistently get a great workout. This is why most “home gyms” end up as clothing racks or expensive dust collectors!
Your program will consist of 4 gym-based weight workouts and one functional workout. Now, if you want to do the functional workout at home- go for it! But if you find that you’re slacking, answering the phone, dealing with your kids mid-workout- do it in the gym. Cardio varies from person to person, you have lots of options to customize the days and types you do.
There are 3 months of workout programs included in the jet Set Body system. Each month you start a new workout. Each week however, your workout will change slightly with regard to sets and reps. This way, it keeps your body guessing and progressing!
Why should I listen to you guys? What makes you an expert in health & fitness?
Other than the countless hours of testing sweating and dieting? Just kidding. Prior to Kim’s success in the internet world, she had earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science and Nutrition from East Carolina University and her certification through American College of Sports Medicine. Kim spent 10 years helping adults, teens and athletes get in the best shape of their lives. Working with a local pediatrician’s office to help obese children and their families create a healthier lifestyle was one of her favorite jobs! She’s appeared in Oxygen, Muscle & Fitness and Natural Muscle Magazines. She has the education, background and the experience to make sure the Jet Set Body program is not only effective but safe! In addition to Kim, we have worked with top fitness model trainers Cathy Savage and Rob Knox to develop this unique lifestyle program. They shared their secrets to fitness model success with us and us only- and now, we’re sharing it with you!
Do I need to buy a bunch of supplements?
Nope! Isn’t that nice to hear! Our program is based on eating whole, natural foods and doing the work in the gym. Not swallowing a bunch of high-priced supplements. What if I just want to focus on weight loss instead of building muscle?
Here’s the truth. If you just do “cardio” will you lose weight? yep! But you’ll end up with a body that is just smaller, but still squishy! Who wants that? One of the best ways to lose weight and body fat and keep it off is to build beautiful, lean muscle mass. Just having a little extra muscle burns more calories! Plus, once you peel off the fat layer, you’ll have a beautiful sculpted physique instead of a skinny-fat, smushy one!
I’m a girl and I don’t want to “bulk up”?
I have good news! If you’re a lady, you don’t have the testosterone you need to “bulk up”. You would really have to try extra hard to gain that much muscle and that takes years and years of specific training. Our program is designed to streamline your physique and take you from flab to fab!
What is the nutrition plan like? Will I be able to eat normal food?
Absolutely! The beauty of our plan is it’s based on real, whole, natural foods. We want you eating plenty of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, natural carbohydrates and plenty of healthy fats! Our plan works in multiple phases to lean you out slowly over 3 months, then gives you a guide on how to keep losing or keep the results you have.
Am I allowed to have anything “not healthy” while on the diet plan?
Yes, and we encourage you to have up to 3 off plan meals per week. There are three reasons.
- There are tons of studies that show that having a few higher calorie meals in an otherwise clean and healthy diet can help boost your metabolism and help you shed more fat.
- If you eat 5-6 meals per day, that’s 35-42 meals per week. If 3 of those are “not perfect”, it’s can’t do much damage.
- We know, from experience, that if you take all treats away and make you eat super clean for too long without an indulgence, you’ll give up faster or worse, you’ll boomerang and gain back 10x what you lost!
