For visitors to Cartagena on the Caribbean coast of Columbia, there are an abundance of things which impress. Upper most in this regard of course is the stunning Colonial architecture. For guests looking to enjoy a meal right on the coast, Club de Pesca is worthy of a visit. A little way away from the center, it is ideal for Colombian seafood at its best. Perfect for lazing away afternoons, the sunsets from the terrace are amongst the best in the area.
These are of course only a few of the varied Cartagena restaurants, and it would be hard to pick a favorite. Other highlights for tourists lucky enough to come here are Guantanamera, for dining with Cuban kick, La Vitrola for something a little exclusive, and El Refectoria within the Santa Clara Sofitel which has one of the best wine cellars in the region.
