The 1st Day of Fitmas: The Santa Sweat

On the first day of Fitmas Rob and Kim gave to me…..The Santa Sweat!!!

This workout is perfect for a group fitness room, backyard, park or any large space you have.

Warm Up: Repeat 10x

  • 10 jumping jacks
  • 10 high knees
  • 30 sec running in place

Set 1: 3x

  • Walking Lunge 10x each side
  • Bear Crawl 10x each side
  • Push Ups 5x
  • Speed Skater 10x each side
  • Push Ups 5x

Active Rest:

50 Jumping Jacks

Set 2: 3x

  • Burpee 5x
  • High Kicks 8x each side
  • Crab Taps 10x each side
  • Lateral Squat 8x each side (step to the side, hip width, squat and step back in)
  • 2 Jumps Forward, 1 Back 5x

Active Rest:

50 Jumping Jacks

Cool Down: 5 minutes brisk walk, bringing heart rate down before laying on the ground

Abs Set: 3x

  • 60 second Plank (30 sec on elbows/30 sec in push up plank)
  • 10 Single Leg Crunches, each side**
  • 10 Reverse Crunches, feet tap the floor
  • 10 Bicycle Crunches, each side
  • 60 second Side Plank (30 sec on each side)

** Lay on your back with knees bent and one leg extended but keep thighs parallel
