Summer is here which in my house means we’re moving from Winter soups to fresh Ceviche!
Here’s a quick video showing exactly how I make this super easy, healthy and delicious dish!
1 lb Mahi Mahi cut into small cubes
1 small red pepper, diced
1 small yellow pepper, diced
1/4 red onion, diced
1/2 tsp Cumin
Cayenne Pepper to taste
Himalayan Sea Salt to taste
Fresh Black Pepper to taste
*Optional additions include: orange juice, celery and jalapenos
