On the 6th Day of Fitmas Rob and Kim gave to me….a Trader Joe’s shopping list that will make eating healthy easy!

Eating 5-6 meals every day isn’t easy. Having already prepared meals or parts of meals in the fridge will make your life so much easier on the busy days that you can’t cook. For me, Trader Joe’s has the best, already cooked or already seasoned foods that will cut down your prep time.
