An Easy Healthy Family Dinner Plan!

One way to get your family eating healthy is to make it exciting for them (and EASY for you!) Here’s a 7 day theme menu with 4 options per theme- this can literally get you through an entire month without repeating a dinner!!!! Enjoy!!!

Night 1: Asian Night – serve each over Quinoa, Brown or Jasmine Rice


Night 2: Mexican/Spanish Night


Night 3: Breakfast for Dinner


Night 4: Italian Night (for pasta, I prefer the Quinoa pasta over regular)


Night 5: Crock Pot Night

Ratatouille with Polenta Rounds


Night 6: Burger Night (I like to use lettuce wraps or Ezekiel buns)


Night 7: you can do a homemade pizza night or leftover night!
