Two Min Fit Tip #14: Change The Angle to Increase Difficulty

You’ve heard of changing the angles on exercises like the chest press or sit ups, using a incline or decline bench. But did you know you can change the angle of a bunch of other exercises too? Changing the angle increases difficulty and changes the angle you work the muscle, sometimes incorporating new muscles including your core!

Try it on: Bicep Curls, Tricep Extensions, Shoulder Raises and many more!
