What Rob Ate Today

With any new nutrition or “diet” plan, things often start out boring. A piece of grilled chicken with Mrs. Dash, a side of broccoli and a sweet potato. Sound familiar? And, once you have a few of these boring combinations in your diet repertoire, you tend to repeat them over and over….sound familiar again?

Because of this, we often get emails from our readers asking Rob and I to share what we eat day to day. Although this changes and we have TONS of variety. I decided to start a new series, with exactly what we eat and include pictures. My coach Cathy Savage does this from time to time with her team of coaches and I really love to see everyone’s meal plans. It often sparks me to include new items in my recipe rolodex! I hope it does the same for you.
