It’s the Holidays again! Running around, trying to get last minute gifts, make yummy appetizers for the parties, crazy last quarter work-stuff, hyped-up on candy cane kids,  family coming in town….we get it. You’re going nuts! Repeat after me, “I will not skip my workout!”….again…. “I will not skip my workout!”. Workouts relieve holiday stress, increase those awesome endorphins and help you balance out that eggnog! Rob & Kim’s Holiday Crunch-Time Workout

5 min Warm Up – Jumping Jacks, High Knees

Do the following 3 times:
20 Wide Push Ups
20 Squats
20 Bicycle Crunches
1-2 min Jump Rope (or Jumping Jacks)

Do the following 3 times:
20 Tricep Push Ups
20 Lunges (10 each leg)
20 V-Ups
1-2 min Jump Rope (or Jumping Jacks)

Do the following 3 times:
20 Chair Dips
20 180 degree Jump Squats (10 each side)
20 Mountain Climbers
1-2 min Jump Rope (or Jumping Jacks)

5 min Cool Down & Stretch
