Two Minute Fit Tip: #11 Get Shredded with HIIT Cardio

Basic HITT Treadmill Cardio Program

Total Time: 30 minutes

*Use a 0% incline throughout

5 minute Warm Up walking at 3.5-4.0 mph

Repeat the Following 14 times:

  • 30 sec Full Out Sprint
  • 60 sec Medium to Fast Walk

5 minute Cool Down walking at 3.5-4.0 mph

** To increase intensity increase the incline and/or speed
