Exactly 16 weeks ago, we had just landed from Greece. We had spent the better part of 3 weeks eating and drinking whatever we wanted and unless you count margarita curls as exercise, then we did none. What? Did you think we always ate so clean and never skipped a workout? Wrong. We give ourselves permission to live our life, and if that means taking a few weeks off from planned meals and regular gym visits, so be it. We’re human.
But, when our human asses got back to the good old USA, we decided we needed to do something huge to get back on track. So, we decided to begin a 16 week challenge with our Jet Set Body Nutrition Elite team.
