What’s your biggest challenge getting your abs “ready” for summer?

O.k. Let’s be honest, at some point over the next couple of months you’ll probably be taking your shirt off (unless you’re a male stripper then it’s Sat Night!). Am I right? It’s just a reality for us men who lead exciting lives! Who knows maybe you’ll be at a pool party, back yard Bar-B-Q or some upcoming vacation. What do YOU do to get your abs ready for this kinda thing? Do you do sit-ups the morning of (please say no!)? Do you starve a few days before (please say no again!). Or do you have a very specific 80/20 protocol for this exact thing that works (now is when you say yes!)?
