Ahi Tuna Tartar

Servings:  3-4

Ingredients
1 lb Ahi Tuna, Sashimi quality, diced
1 Green Onion, finely sliced
1 TBSP EVOO
1 tsp Kosher Salt

Directions

  1. Place the diced Ahi tuna in a medium bowl. Add the green onions, EVOO and salt. Toss to coat.
  2. Chill in refrigerator for 10-20 minutes before serving.
